Instapure Trademarks

INSTAPURE® is a registered trademark of Instapure Brands, Inc. The INSTAPURE word mark identifies water filtration products, replacement filters, and related goods and services originating from Instapure Brands, Inc. Use of the INSTAPURE name or word mark by any third party in a manner likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement is prohibited.

The Instapure water drop graphic is a trademark of Instapure Brands, Inc. The water drop logo identifies Instapure-branded products and marketing materials and may not be reproduced, modified, or used by any third party without the prior written consent of Instapure Brands, Inc.

Third-Party Trademarks

Instapure® refrigerator filters and other Instapure® water filtration products are designed to be compatible replacements for filters originally manufactured or sold by other companies. In order to identify the original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") products that our filters are designed to replace, we reference third-party brand names and model numbers throughout this site. All such third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purposes of identification, comparison, and fit.
