At Instapure, we're committed to getting your water filtration products to you quickly and at no extra cost.

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free shipping throughout the United States on every order - with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery to territories and military addresses may take longer than the times above. We do not ship internationally.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
