  • How often should I change my filter?

Replace filter every 200 gallons, 3 months or if you experience a reduction in water flow1. (R8 filters should be replaced every 100 gallons, 3 months, or when the indicator light turns red, whichever comes first2). It's important to change your filter regularly to maintain optimum performance. Users with hard water should increase frequency of filter changes.
1Filter cartridge life is directly dependent on your local water conditions and frequency of use.
2Do not use with hot water or water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
