Returns for Instapure® products may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date. Specifically, return orders are to be accepted through authorized Instapure vendors only. Customers may be required to pay the return shipping cost. Refunds are applied towards the credit card used to make the initial purchase. Refunds typically appear on statements within 5 business days
